Guangzhou V-SOLUTION is professional in development, production and sale EPON OLT&ONU, Home Gateway Unit, P2P Triple Play CPE, VoIP Gateway, PLC and etc. V-SOLUTION was founded jointly by Netherlandish Venture Capital and 5 senior people in the field of telecommunication network in April 2007. Members of the top management averagely have 16 years' management experience in marketing, research & development of telecommunication network products.

V-SOLUTION is located in Guangzhou Science Town, which is a Chinese high tech industrial zone, and covers a total area of 22.7 square kilometers. 109 of the global 500 top enterprises have invested in this zone. V-SOLUTION is the major enterprise that moves into the Creativity Zone and gains great support from the local government. With the registered capital of 10 million RMB, nearly 1000sqm reserved for research and development department, over 6000sqm for production and a big team of R&D technical specialists in telecommunication field, V-SOLUTION is a professional manufacturer, engaged in R&D, production, sales and service of related products in PON access network, Ethernet switches and VoIP. V-SOLUTION is one of the famous leading R&D enterprises of PON broadband products, and is also the Software Enterprise with Registered Software certified by the Information Technology Department of Guangdong Province.

V-SOLUTION currently employs over 50 R&D engineers, among whom, 9 are Master Degree holders and 11 are senior engineer certificate holders. With an average of over 10 years' professional experience, the engineers have a good knowledge of communication network protocols and have rich experience in developing products with embedded Linux, VWorks and ARM/MIPS based CPUs. Our company has strong R&D capability so that ODM business of such products as communication network products with high difficulty and with the combination of hardware and software can be confidently contracted.

After nearly 5 years' rapid development and intensive research work, V-SOLUTION has developed over 10 items of matured communication network products in 4 major series. All products are independently developed by V-SOLUTION. Our company can provide standard, matured and stable products for customers, as well as customized products according to customers' requirements. We have rich practical experience especially in VoIP technology, which can help customers fulfill their market needs.

V-SOLUTION passed the certification of ISO9000:2000 Quality Management System in May 2008 and the certification of ISO9000:2008 in November 2010. Our company was also certified as Software-Enterprise in June 2009. V-SOLUTION has acquired 7 items of Copyright of Computer Software, 4 items of Registration of Computer Software, 1 item of authorization of Utility Model Patent and 1 item of authorization of Patented Invention since our foundation 4 years ago. Our company has more than 20 ODM contracts with 8 famous communication enterprises including 4 listed companies in China and one foreign company, and more than 20 products have been developed.
